Regina Prince is the partner-in-charge of Vasquez & Company’s tax consulting and compliance practice and and oversees all its operation. She has 30 years of experience in the taxation of C-corporations,S-corporations, Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies, Trusts, Individuals, and Nonprofit entities. Her expertise includes providing comprehensive tax and business advice to business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, and high net worth individuals and has in-depth experience in providing tax consulting services on complex tax issues. Her clients include manufacturers, real estate enterprises, professional service practices, healthcare entities, and franchise owners.
Regina is also an expert in the taxation of IRC section501(c) organizations and is considered a subject matter expert in analyzing complex non-profit transactions. She is skilled in the nuances of tax law pertaining to the organizational and operational requirements of private and public foundations, healthcare, higher education, business leagues and social welfare organizations.
Before joining Vasquez & Company in 2021, Regina was the Partner-in-Charge of the Western Region Tax Practice of KPMG LLP wherein she managed KPMG’s tax practice and team of tax professionals located in the WestRegion, including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Portland, and Honolulu.
Regina is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society ofCPAs, and various other state societies. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan.
